Billing, the trial, seats and limits
Settings, Billing shows your plan, what you have used, and what the next step costs. Plans differ by how many contacts, mailboxes, sites, seats, articles and sends they allow.
The trial
A paid trial lasts 3 days and costs a $5 fee up front. During the trial you get 10 percent of the monthly allowance for articles, verifications, cold sends and LinkedIn credits. The Billing page shows your trial allowance used and the date the full allowance starts, in UTC.
If payments are not open for your workspace yet, Billing says so and you stay on the plan you have.
What the limits count
- Seats: people on your team, including invitations that have not been accepted yet.
- Mailboxes: sending mailboxes you connect. Mailboxes used only for warm-up on the shared network do not count.
- Sites: websites you add under Content.
- Contacts: people in your lists.
- Sends: cold emails a month.
- Articles a month, verifications a month, and LinkedIn profiles a month.
When you reach a limit
- Only growth is refused. You keep everything you have; you just cannot add more until you are under the limit or on a bigger plan.
- The message names the limit. For example, the Invite button is disabled when every seat is used, and the page says so.
- If Fullturn cannot check a limit for a moment, it adds nothing and asks you to try again.
