The Inbox and reply labels
Replies to your campaigns arrive in the Inbox. Fullturn reads each one and sorts it so you answer the right people first.
What Fullturn does with a reply
- It stops the sequence for that person, so they get no more emails.
- It gives the reply a category: Interested, Not interested, Out of office, Wrong person, Unsubscribe, or Other.
- A possible opt-out is held for you to decide in the Inbox.
- Fullturn can only see replies it can read. A mailbox connected by SMTP and IMAP needs IMAP set up; without it the connect form warns that replies will not be seen.
Your own labels
Go to Settings, Automations, Reply labels. You can add up to 10. Each has:
- A name, up to 40 characters, English or Arabic.
- A meaning, up to 160 characters, which tells the reader what to look for.
- Optional actions: stop the sequence, create a task, send a notification, or move the contact to a pipeline stage.
- Optional Continue the sequence, which only works with a next step that waits for that same label. A label that stops the sequence cannot also continue it.
How sure it has to be
A label is applied, and its actions run, only when Fullturn is at least 70 percent sure. Below that it shows as a suggestion on the message and nothing runs. Labelled messages can be filtered in the Inbox, and a label hit can be undone.
Your labels never replace the built-in categories. They are an extra reading of the same reply.
