Fullturn Lead Extractor: privacy policy
Last updated:
Fullturn Lead Extractor is published by Fullturn (getfullturn.com). It helps you move people details you can already see on LinkedIn into your own Fullturn workspace.
What it reads
When you press "Extract emails from this page" (in the popup or on the page), or start a page-range run on a Sales Navigator search, the extension reads the people-search results you have open: each person's name, headline, company, title, location and profile link, plus the page address. It reads only the page you have open, in your own signed-in session. It does not log in for you, does not read your LinkedIn inbox or connections, and does not read any page you have not opened. A page-range run reads only the pages you choose, then stops, and never starts again by itself. Nothing is read on a schedule. Nothing touches LinkedIn unless you pressed a button. The extension never sends messages or invitations, never opens profile pages, and does not click LinkedIn's menus or call its account endpoints in the background.
By default a Sales Navigator run looks up only each lead's company (to find the company website), and it does not look up profiles. If you tick "Also look up each lead's profile" for a run, it also asks LinkedIn for each lead's public profile details. LinkedIn counts each of those lookups like a profile view, so they are limited to 100 a day, and the box is unticked again every time. If LinkedIn answers a request with a rate-limit error, the run stops at once and LinkedIn collection rests for at least 24 hours.
On Sales Navigator the extension notes the address and non-secret request headers (x-li-* and accept) of LinkedIn's own search request so it can load the next result pages of the search you started. It reads one page-visible cookie value (JSESSIONID) and sends it back to linkedin.com only, as the CSRF header LinkedIn's own page uses. It cannot read LinkedIn's sign-in cookie, and it never stores or sends your LinkedIn password.
What it sends, and to whom
Extracted people details and the page address are sent only to your own Fullturn workspace (the app address you connected, getfullturn.com by default), authenticated with your Fullturn API key, so Fullturn can find and verify work emails and add the leads to your list. Fullturn's servers may use email-finding and verification providers to do this; that processing is part of the service you asked for. A run's name, page numbers and counts are also reported to your workspace. If an extraction finds nothing (for example because LinkedIn changed its page), the extension sends a small anonymous report (page type and a selector version, no personal data) so we can fix it; that check runs only when you start a run. While connected, the extension also contacts your Fullturn workspace (not LinkedIn) about every 30 minutes (every 5 minutes during a run you started), to say it is online and to receive pause instructions. The extension has no analytics, no advertising and no other server.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent data, do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, do not use it for personalized or interest-based advertising, and do not use it to decide credit or lending. No human reads your data except with your consent, to keep the service secure, to comply with law, or in aggregated, anonymized form for internal operations.
What is stored
In your browser (chrome.storage.local, never synced): your app address, API key, daily limit and quiet hours, today's count, and, only while an import is in progress, the profiles being sent, so a closed popup can resume. Uninstalling the extension removes it, and "Discard pending import" clears the checkpoint. In your Fullturn workspace: the leads you sent and their enrichment results, held under Fullturn's main privacy policy and deletable with Fullturn's own lead-deletion tools.
Limited Use
Fullturn's use and transfer of information obtained through the extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The data is used only to provide the extension's single purpose: extracting leads you choose and sending them to your own Fullturn workspace.
Permissions
storage, activeTab, scripting, alarms, downloads, webRequest, and access to linkedin.com and getfullturn.com, each used only as described above. No other website address can be requested. A developer build can ask you, with a click, to allow a local test server on localhost.
