Team and roles

The four roles

• Owner: everything an Admin can do. Only an owner can make someone an owner, or change or remove an owner. A workspace always keeps at least one owner.
• Admin: invites people, changes roles and removes members (never an owner), and opens Billing, Usage and cost and Developers (API keys and webhooks).
• Member: works in the workspace: campaigns, sequences, contacts, replies, tasks and articles. A member does not see Billing, Usage and cost or Developers, and cannot invite people or change roles.
• Viewer: reads everything a member can see, and changes nothing. Fullturn answers with a read-only message when a viewer tries.

Invite someone

1. Open Settings, Team, Members. Only owners and admins see Invite member.
2. Choose Invite member, type the email address and pick a role: Admin, Member or Viewer. To make someone an owner, invite them first and change their role after they join.
3. Send the invite. Fullturn emails a link that works for 7 days. Where email is not set up, Fullturn shows the link so you can copy and send it yourself. Inviting the same address again refreshes the link.
4. Until they accept, the invitation counts as one of your plan's member places. Revoke it from the pending invitations if you sent it by mistake.

Change a role, remove a member, or leave

• Open the menu on a member's row and choose Change role or Remove from workspace. Each asks you to confirm.
• Choose Leave workspace on your own row to leave. The only owner cannot leave or be demoted: make someone else an owner first.
• An admin cannot change or remove an owner.

Member places

How many members you can have depends on your plan. When every place is used, Invite member says so and links to Billing. See Billing, the trial, members and limits.
